Jamie graduated from the Anglo European Chiropractic University in Bournemouth. Before settling in Cheltenham Jamie worked in London, treating patients of all ages and backgrounds.
As a Chiropractor, his approach incorporates primarily effective, gentle techniques but will apply deeper pressure to muscles when necessary. Treatment with Jamie is focused on your personal needs and goals, tailoring the treatment specifically to you the patient.
Jamie has a special interest in patients with Hyper-mobility, Jaw pain, Neurodiversity, Headaches, Myofascial pain, neck and back pain, as well as ankle and shoulder injuries.
Before graduating as a Chiropractor, Jamie had many years of experience practising as a massage therapist. He also has qualifications in Sports Nutrition, Deep Tissue Massage and Level 5 Thai Massage. Since qualifying as a chiropractor he has personally found this improves the results of Chiropractic adjustments when combined together. He also focuses on relaxing the nervous system through breathing and lighter techniques to allow the body to unwind.
Jamie has Hyper-mobility himself and had his first experience of back pain when he was just 15 years old. As a teenager, he competed in a national basketball league and found that manual therapy enabled him to recover quicker from injuries, and also improved his sports performance.
After experiencing the amazing benefits of chiropractic treatment first hand, Jamie is passionate about helping people of all ages and families to improve their health and posture.
“The key to health should be focused on prevention rather than covering up symptoms”.
In Jamie’s spare time, he enjoys dog walks through the Cotswolds, weight lifting, yoga, and playing for a local basketball team.
